Summary

Software and infrastructure engineer who works across the whole stack of a physical product: embedded signal acquisition, the data pipelines above it, and the cloud platform that turns the data into something a clinician or a user can act on. Four years building distributed systems at Amazon, a shipped AI-powered iOS product as sole founder and engineer, and now the infrastructure behind a non-invasive neurostimulation device and the clinical studies that validate it.

Experience

  • Attune Neurosciences

    June 2026 — Present

Senior Software & Infrastructure Engineer · San Francisco Bay Area

    • Build the software behind a wearable, non-invasive focused-ultrasound device for deep-brain neuromodulation, from on-device signal acquisition to the cloud platform that runs it.
    • Own the infrastructure for the groundwork and clinical studies the device is being validated in, across indications from Alzheimer's disease to OCD and depression: data capture, pipelines, storage you can trust after the session, and the tooling the study teams work in.
    • Forward-deployed across firmware, services and cloud: observability, CI/CD and deployment for a system that has to be correct, auditable and safe.
  • Selver

    February 2025 — July 2026

Founder, Engineer & Product Designer · Seattle, WA

    • Founded, designed and shipped Selver end to end as the sole engineer: an iOS app that passively records real conversations (with consent) and returns post-session coaching, a connection score, timestamped key moments and a personalised plan, calibrated to professional, social, clinical and creative modes.
    • Architected the AI processing pipeline: speech recognition, LLM reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation and an encrypted semantic memory engine on vector embeddings, so coaching stays consistent across months of conversations.
    • Built the asynchronous backend in Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis and PostgreSQL on AWS, with multipart S3 audio uploads and background processing sized for long-form recordings.
    • Designed and built the React Native app: onboarding, authentication, subscriptions, recording, analytics dashboards and the AI-narrated walkthrough. In beta on TestFlight.
  • Amazon

    November 2024 — April 2026

Software Development Engineer II · Bellevue, WA

    • Sole designer and owner of the systems that let Amazon vendors containerise packages for carrier pickup; cut package processing time by 10% and lifted the DEA performance metric by 20%.
    • Built and deployed retrieval-augmented AI chatbot infrastructure for the Amazon Pricing organisation, automating pricing insight and decision support.
    • Delivered real-time order-data infrastructure that improved visibility and latency between internal systems and external partners.
  • Amazon

    February 2022 — November 2024

Software Development Engineer I · Bellevue, WA

    • Built event-driven services for Amazon's logistics and fulfilment network, progressing from backend services and APIs to technical ownership of business-critical systems serving internal teams, vendors and partners.
    • Streamlined fulfilment-centre workflows with in-house tooling, owned the lifecycle of new synchronous API operations, and hardened deployment pipelines for continuous delivery.
  • Cisco

    August 2021 — October 2021

Software Engineer Intern · Atlanta, GA

    • Built a collaborative-filtering recommendation engine for Cisco DNA Center users and a content-based proof of concept using text-similarity ranking.
